Jack is divided into two types---mechanical jacks and hydraulic jacks, each with a different principle. In principle, hydraulic jacks is based on the principle of Pascal principle, namely: the fluid pressure is the same everywhere, so that in a balanced system, the pressure applied above the small piston is relatively small and the large piston is relatively large, so that the liquid can be held stationary. So by passing the liquid, you can get different pressures on different ends, so that you can achieve the purpose of a transformation. Common hydraulic jack uses this principle to achieve transfer power. Mechanical jacks adopts mechanical principle that people reciprocate lever handle, pull push the ratchet claw rotary gap to make small bevel gear drive big bevel gear and rotate weightlifting screw, so that the hoisting or lifting the sleeve can get down to achieve the lifting tension function. But it is less simple than hydraulic jack.
